Anthony Davisbecame a Private Investigator 15 years ago when a dinner with friends
presented an opportunity which has now developed in him having many
local and national Solicitor clients as well as prestigious and blue
chip private clients. He has recently handled over 240 files for The
Shipman Inquiry and achieved over a 98% success rate in locating
families of patients going back over 30 years. He has made many
contacts over the years enabling him to investigate thoroughly complex
and detailed matters and is currently assisting in another government
Inquiry.
Covert Surveillance is also an area which has proved very successful
and, with modern equipment and technology, he can produce video
evidence to assist the settlement of a matrimonial, employment or
insurance matter.
In 2014 Anthony was recognised as the Investigator of the Year by the Association of British Investigators for his work in locating the families of 5 British POW's who, in 1944, saved the life of a young Jewish girl from a Death March in Gross Golmkau, Poland. As a result of his work, the 5 families, along with Anthony and his wife, were invited to a ceremony at the House of Lords where the 5 POW's were posthumously awarded Heroes of the Holocaust Medals. The Ambassador for Israel began the ceremony by saying "we would not be here today if not for the investigative skills of Anthony Davis".
